BRISTOL was the location for the second English Art Pod on the 4th JUNE 2015. My ancestor Robert Ormiston was born there in 1806. The Geocache co-ordinates are 51.46860N 2.63268 W and will be found on the wrong side the fence. Remember don’t feed the goats and keep well away from the edge.

LAMBETH in London was the location for the sixth English Art Pod. The Geocache co-ordinates are 51.49587N and 0.10710W. Pleasant Sarah Scrubb was born in Lambeth and was the second wife of my great, great, great grandfather James Ormiston. Their son Robert married Matilda Ann Fullon who also originated from Lambeth.
The Art Pod was placed behind the garden wall to the left of the Imperial War Museum on the long path beside the sports play area. A side path joins at this point and if you should sit on the wall with the fixed bin lined up with the side wall and dome roof of the museum, you might even place you hand right on the pod if you reach behind the wall edge. Images of the Art Pod site are below.
Ten Art Pods in all have made up this overseas stage of the Re:LOCATION Project. Creation of artwork for a travelling exhibition and a new book will follow on in the coming year.
